You will have a private space of ± 18 m2 + 90 m2 common areas for € 1.099 p/m all in. Please read the below carefully before responding. Deposit 2 months rent. What we DO NOT want: - More than 1 person - Pets - Smokers What we DO want: - People with a conscious attitude to life REGISTRATION Direct registration is not possible, however, I can offer registration through a trusted 3rd party. This is unfortunately very common practise in The Netherlands nowadays due to the absurd housing situation.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 24 hours of the booking confirmation and your first month’s rent will be refunded. After 24 hours, no refunds will be processed. Also, the service fee is non-refundable in either of the cases.
