Due to a work trip abroad, we sublet our apartment on the Keizersgracht in the 9 streets. The apartment is minutes away from supermarkets, restaurants and shops. It is a spacious, bright apartment with high ceilings, fully equipped with everything you need. There are 2 workplaces that are perfect for working from home, 1 in a separate office and the other in the living room overlooking the garden. The spacious bedroom has built-in wardrobes and plenty of storage space. There is a small balcony.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 24 hours of the booking confirmation and your first month’s rent will be refunded. After 24 hours, no refunds will be processed. Also, the service fee is non-refundable in either of the cases.
