The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances necessary to cook your favorite recipes from the first day of arrival. The sleeping area has a double bedroom. In it you will find a double bed, ample storage space, plus a desk ideal for working or studying. In addition, at the exit you will find an additional balcony, where you can relax and have a snack. The bathroom has a complete toilet and shower area. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi. Its location is excellent. Less than 10 minutes walk away you will find Paseo de Gracia, one of the most iconic arteries of Barcelona and emblematic cultural entities, such as Casa Batlló, Casa Milá - La Pedrera, among others. The nearest metro stations are just a 5-minute walk away, these being Girona (L4) and Verdaguer (L4, L5). Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 24 hours of the booking confirmation and your first month’s rent will be refunded. After 24 hours, no refunds will be processed. Also, the service fee is non-refundable in either of the cases.
