No se admiten menores de edad. 4.- Si el día de salida (que es a las 10 de la mañana) el apartamento no está ordenado, se cobrará un extra de limpieza. 5- El coste extra solicitado forma parte de Otros Gastos del Arrendador: Debe ser pagado en el check in junto con la tasa administrativa 6- Se admiten mascotas por 15 euros al día o 150 euros al mes. 7- Si el piso no se deja en condiciones mínimamente decentes el día de salida (que es a las 10 de la mañana), se cobrará un suplemento de limpieza. 8.- Hay un sistema de alarma en la propiedad.
