Cosy apartment y newly refurbished. Excellent, brand-new apartment of 30m2 newly refurbished and totally equipped. The apartment has a spacious kitchen with everything needed for its use. It also has a small dining room that takes you to the bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and shelves. From there you access to the bathroom which has been just finished, the entire apartment has wooden floors and there is a small balcony with views to a quiet street. The property is located in one of the trendiest and centric districts of the city, Sant Antoni. Its great location provides easy access to different points of the city and to several means of transport, restaurants, cinemas and shops RENTAL CONDITION: 1 - We use the bi-weekly/ fortnightly contract: What does this mean? If you want to move-in the first part of the month (1 to 14), you will pay the entire monthly rent; If you want to move-in the second part of the month (15 to 31), you will pay only half month rent; If you want to check-out in the first part of the month (1 -14) you will only pay half of the month; If you want to check-out in the second part of the month (15 -31) you will only pay the entire monthly rent; 2 - Check-in service is for free during working hours: from 9 to 18 from Monday to Friday. Check-in outside working hours would be only possible depending on our availability and you will be charged 85 euro + IVA for the service. Cancellation Policy
