Payment Info

  1. The prices listed are per person, per month.
  2. A booking fee worth €295 is required to secure a booking.
  3. A holding deposit worth one month’s rent is required once your place is confirmed. This will be converted into a refundable security deposit later.
  4. Rent can be paid via credit cards or bank transfers. Cash payments are not accepted.
  5. Rent can be paid either in full or every month within the first five days of each month.

Cancellation Policy

1) No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2) No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3) Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 14 days of your accommodation offer.
