This apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with sofa, TV and dining area and a kitchen where, besides the basics, you’ll also find a washing machine and a microwave.   It’s located in the Gaztambide neighborhood, in the centric district of Chamberí. It’s an active area where you can find a lot of bars, restaurants, pubs and shops and, if you feel like taking a walk, you can always go to one of the parks in the place. The closest metro station is Islas Filipinas (Line 7), from where you’ll be able to access universities such as ESIC, Comillas or Nebrija.    Water, electricity and gas supplies are not included, we charge a fixed fee for supplies based on the annual history of the flat, you can see the amount in the sumará of payments. La zona es activa, con gran cantidad de restaurantes, bares, pubs y tiendas y, si te apetece dar un paseo, siempre puedes acercarte a algunos de los parques de la zona. La parada de metro más cercana es Islas Filipinas (Línea 7), desde dónde podrás acceder a la Universidad ESIC, la de Comillas o la Nebrija.
