The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with 2 lifts and can accommodate 10 people. Designed and equipped to make efficient use of space and offer maximum comfort, it has high-end furniture and equipment. The living-dining room has a single sofa bed and a 160x200 folding double bed. It has two tables for 10 people and a large breakfast bar with 3 stools. The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has all the necessary appliances and utensils for a comfortable and long stay. The night area consists of 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a single bed and 4 bunk beds; 2 of them are foldable and give rise to a large desk. All beds have 28cm memory foam mattresses. The apartment has 2 modern and comfortable bathrooms (one en suite), both with a large shower with thermostatic control, 500 liters of hot water and an electric towel rack. The apartment has fiber optic internet and air conditioning in all rooms. Transport: Metro: in front of Ventas station (50m) – (line 2 and 5) Public parking: 150m (c/. Cardenal Belluga, 10) BiciMAD: station #108, 500m The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at least 5 days in advance. Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment. Please note: ✔Respect: In order to ensure a good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times. ✔The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a supplement of 50 EUR in cash. ✔Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 24 hours of the booking confirmation and your first month’s rent will be refunded. After 24 hours, no refunds will be processed. Also, the service fee is non-refundable in either of the cases.
