Welcome to my place in Valencia! It ́s a studio with everything you ́ll need for your stay in Valencia. It ́s very well located, in the Carmen. Closed to Quart Towers and Plaza del Tossal, at 5 min walking of Mercado Central. Just around the corner there are supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops. It ́s perfect for 2 young people because there are steep old stair. The building is very old waiting for being reformed in short. We are waiting to start reforming the fachade and the interior stairs. Parties are prohibited. Electricity, water and final basic cleaning are to be paid in case of short stay. Air conditioning available from 1 july

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 24 hours of the booking confirmation and your first month’s rent will be refunded. After 24 hours, no refunds will be processed. Also, the service fee is non-refundable in either of the cases.
