Entire apartment to rent in a private, independent and beautiful historical house. Ideal for quiet and well-behaved student, young professional or diplomat. We are a Swiss-Italian family living in Bern. We have our own independent house and we offer an independent and separate 2.5-room apartment, on the second floor, to rent. You have a living room, studio with a small annex, your own kitchen, bathroom, and separate toilet. You also have a small balcony and plenty of storage space. The apartment is already furnished. We share a huge garden and you'll be in a quiet and very central neighborhood (Obstberg). All charges, also internet, are included. IMPORTANT NOTE: - The entrance and staircase are shared with the owner family - A big garden is also shared - We have a 3-year-old and a 1-year-old children. You have to be ok with kids around

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 24 hours of the booking confirmation and your first month’s rent will be refunded. After 24 hours, no refunds will be processed. Also, the service fee is non-refundable in either of the cases.
