This Deluxe Studio comes with a lot of space and is located on the ground floor with central heating, ¾ double bed, side table, desk & chair, wardrobe and a TV. It also has an private bathroom. The kitchen has all the modern amenities with a microwave, freezer, cooker and a gas stove. The studio comes with a lockable bedroom so that the students don’t have to worry about their stuff.

Payment Info

1. The listed prices are per person, per week.

2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

3. The rent may be paid either in full or in 4 or 9 instalments with a UK Guarantor.

4. A refundable security deposit of £200 for studio and £150 for ensuite rooms must be paid in advance to make a booking.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused, and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period- You can cancel your booking within 7 calendar days after signing your AST if your booking was made before 1st August. If you booked on or after 1st August for tenancies starting up to 30th September, you have 24 hours after signing your AST to cancel. If your booking is made within 7 days (or 24 hours if after 1st August), you may cancel without penalty up until the day before your tenancy start date. To request a cancellation, you can email or contact your Accommodation Team directly. If you cancel after the cooling-off period, we may retain part or all of your deposit.
