Nestled in a former Georgian-era pied a terre and just 26 minutes by foot from Kensington and Hyde Park, with the Victoria & Albert and Natural History Museum just a short walking distance away from the building. My flat is a spacious unit of 95m2 bathed in the warm glow of natural sunlight and is fully fitted with contemporary conveniences necessary for a comfortable stay while visiting London. Step inside and invite yourself to reside on the plush couch in the living area while catching up on all your favourite shows on the TV, or enjoy meals over the dining table. The kitchen can handle any culinary requirement as it has all the essentials. Feel free to make yourself coffee with the complimentary Nespresso machine. Both bedrooms in the flat have king beds lined with complimentary hotel-quality linens, heating and built-in wardrobes to store your belongings. The bathrooms have a tub to soak in and a showerhead if you need to prepare quickly; towels and toiletries are provided at no extra cost. Rest assured, my flat is professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
