ABOUT THE APARTMENT The property is located in Südstadt district, in an old house renovated, on the fourth floor (without elevator) with a total surface area of 120 sqm and has 4 rooms, one large bathroom, a kitchen, laundry, and bike storage. Fully equipped for 4 persons. Südstadt, 53113- ROOM 2 We offer you a double room N°1 (please see the plan), for one person. The apartment is located upstairs ( 4th floor without elevator) The price includes heating, chimney sweep, warm/cold water, property tax of the city of Bonn, garbage fees, GEZ (TV tax), a flat rate for internet via wireless LAN (WLAN), and services, of maintenance and repair. ROOM 2 The room has 15 sqm and is fully furnished with a double bed of 1.40 x 200 m, mattress, bedding, wardrobe, towels, desk, lamps, shelves, side tables, bedside table, commode, armchair, door lock, etc The property will be share with other people. We don't live on the property, but we can help you if you need anything. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW We ask for a bond refundable at the end of the stay. No smoking on the property.
