OTHERS We make a contract with an option to do the register ("Anmeldung" at the city council). For contracts with a minimum stay of 3 months. The property will be to share with other people. We don't live on the property, but we can help you if you need anything. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW The price includes heating, chimney sweep, warm/cold water, property tax of the city of Bonn, garbage fees, GEZ (TV tax), a flat rate for internet via wireless LAN (WLAN), and services, of maintenance and repair.
