ABOUT THE APARTMENT The property is located in Südstadt district, in an old house renovated, with a total surface area of 120 sqm and has 4 rooms, one large bathroom, a kitchen, laundry, and bike storage. Fully equipped for 4 persons. Südstadt, 53113- ROOM 1 We offer you a double room N°1 (please see the plan), for one person. Located upstairs ( 4th floor without elevator). The price includes heating, chimney sweep, warm/cold water, property tax of the city of Bonn, garbage fees, GEZ (TV tax), a flat rate for internet via wireless LAN (WLAN), and services of maintenance and repair. ROOM 1 The room has 15 sqm and is fully furnished with a double bed of 1.40 x 200 m, mattress, bedding, wardrobe, towels, desk, lamps, shelves, side tables, bedside table, commode, armchair, door lock, and central heating. OTHERS On the price all services and taxes are included. We make a contract with an option to do the register ("Anmeldung" at the city council). For contracts with a minimum stay of 3 months. The contract is fortnightly. The property will be to share with other people. We don't live on the property, but we can help you if you need anything. The bond refundable at the end of the stay. OTHERS For payments, we work with contract Fortnightly: The contract will always start at the beginning of the first fortnight (the first 2 weeks) of the month.
